Denver jury's $52 million award to paralyzed woman sets Colorado personal-injury record

DENVER - A Denver jury has awarded a Colorado Springs woman $52 million in a personal injury lawsuit.

Her attorney, Tom Metier, said he believes it is the highest personal injury award in Colorado’s history.
