Denver Police passing out pizza coupons

DENVER – Free pizza could be yours if Denver Police catch you doing the right thing.

A new Denver Police Department program will give out 500 gift cards good for a free pizza to people in Denver who are seen acting courteous, helping others and obeying the law.

The "You got Caught Doing Something Right" program will launch on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Police Chief Robert White and representatives from Alpine Bank and Papa John's Pizza will launch the program in front of Alpine Bank at 1777 Wynkoop St. in Denver.

Officers will distribute the pizza gift cards during their foot, segway and bike patrols downtown.
