KUSA - Another sweep is planned to clear out camps and tents pitched on city property in Denver.
Denver Police say they will work with Denver Human Services to enforce the city's camping ban.
There's a lawsuit in federal court right now against the ordinance that prohibits people from sleeping with tents blankets or other coverings on city property. This includes sidewalks.
The last sweep happened in September. Confiscated property was put into storage for people to claim.
The ACLU says the ordinance unfairly targets homeless people.
The city says it's an issue of health and safety and it gives people multiple notices before taking action.
