BOULDER - Boulder Animal Control officers saved a goose who became tangled up in fishing line.

The goose was found at Harlow Flats Community Park around 8 Friday morning. Workers were able to remove the line that was tangled around both of the animal's legs.

Once free, the goose walked off and was not hurt.

Animal officers says it's a reminder to everyone to properly dispose of their trash.
