KUSA - A 63-year-old Colorado man who spent Sunday night on the summit of Mount Wilson was rescued on Monday.
The San Miguel County Sheriff’s Office says it was a difficult rescue for helicopter pilots.
It’s unclear how the man got hurt, and if he was alone.
He has not been identified.
Mount Wilson is the highest summit of the San Miguel Mountain range, standing at 14,252 feet. It is located about 20 miles south of Telluride.
