Woman wanted again for falsifying deeds

DENVER - The day she was released from jail on fraud charges, investigators say Marquise Bridgewater committed the same crime for a second time.

9Wants to Know first traced several falsified deeds to Bridgewater who was seen living in a home she doesn't own at 4601 W. 29th Avenue.

Bridgewater, 24, was initially charged with six felony fraud counts last week, but on Friday, the Denver District Attorney's Office added two more charges.

A new affidavit says Bridgewater is seen on bank video getting another bogus deed notarized the day she was released from jail on July 18.

An unidentified man is then seen filing the falsified deed on camera at the Denver City Clerk and Recorder's Office. Investigators say they are interested in speaking to the man.

Bank of America still owns the home which became a foreclosure two years ago.

Neighbors and police have noticed someone tried breaking back into the home this past week.
