Louisville teen rescued from Boulder Canyon

BOULDER COUNTY - A 19-year-old from Louisville was rescued from the Boulder Canyon area on Sunday afternoon.

According to Boulder County Sheriff's Office, Taylor Andrew fell while climbing in the 29400 block of Boulder Canyon - also known as the "Castle Rock area." Witnesses estimated he fell nearly 30 feet to a rock ledge below.

He was rescued from the area and was airlifted to St. Anthony's Hospital. As of Tuesday morning, he was still in the hospital. The extent of his injuries are not being released.
