"We're not backtracking, we're not clarifying anything, this was the intention from the beginning," Antillon said.

Antillon says Friday someone called in a bomb threat directed at Rubbin Buttz, and the restaurant was evacuated. Over the weekend, "White Appreciation Day" was trending on Twitter.

The idea has been met with mixed reviews, One person on Facebook wrote "I'm Mexican-American and I support this."

Another person tweeted "'Rolling my eyes #ridiculous."

Even though he insists the everyone is included, Antillon again defended the idea behind "White Appreciation Day."

"We need to end the white guilt because they're included in this American history and they should be included just like everybody else," Antillon said.
