‘Raise the Bar' widens lead while minimum-wage-hike margin narrows

Just days before the end of the 2016 election season, a new survey shows that the business-backed campaign to make it harder to change Colorado’s constitution is receiving support from a majority of voters for the first time.

Also, a second poll released Friday from Magellan Strategies showed that the constitutional amendment to raise the state’s minimum wage to $12 an hour by 2020 is winning by an 11-point margin — roughly the same lead it held when Magellan polled on the question in late August.
