PROVO, Utah - A man watching the night sky in Utah shot video of this unidentified flying object.
The man says the UFO slowly drifted to the south, then to the east.
The man who captured this video says he looked up in the sky and saw the neon blue object with red flashing lights .
The president of the Utah valley Aeromodelers thinks it's an RC plane with lights. Another theory is that the lights in the sky are from a paraglider.
