THE STORY: Former "Bad Girl" and Palm Bay native Amy Cieslowski is getting another shot at reality TV fame.
She will compete on Oxygen Channel's "Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too." The series' fourth season premieres at 11 p.m. Monday, then it moves to its regular time slot at 10 p.m. Mondays starting Nov. 12.
We recently talked with Cieslowski about reality television, her fitness routine and romance.
Question: The show is a dating competition, but it's not like ABC's "The Bachelor." What can we expect?
Answer: You have three girls who were previously on a season of "Bad Girls Club," and we pretty much get thrown in a house with 14 guys and have to compete against each other and against the guys sometimes to win challenges and send people home. It gets really hectic when someone sends my guy home, or I want to send somebody else's guy home. It's definitely not like "The Bachelor." There's fighting, kicking, screaming, wrestling - a lot of wrestling.
Q: What are the things you do to stay in shape?
A: I definitely try not to eat before I go to bed. I don't really enjoy running, so walking is a good exercise for me, and just really watch what I eat, staying away from soda.
Q: What is your personal style?
A: I just like anything that looks good on me. I don't really go for a brand. If it looks good on me, I'll wear it.
Q: What's the most romantic thing a guy has done for you?
A: On the dating show, you will see that I'm not there for one night, and the guy missed me so much he slept in my bed. But, when I got back, there were roses and champagne and a little goodie bag for me waiting, and that was really, really sweet. (laughing) And in real life, I just date jerks.
