The robot is the creation of a local traffic police unit.
It runs on a car battery and is made from a fashion mannequin with a robotic arm.
Police say it can operate for between 10 and 12 hours on a fully-charged battery.
The robot was introduced during a road safety campaign over the New Year holiday. Police hope it will reduce traffic accidents during the busy traveling season.
