The accident happened at 7:34 a.m. at the intersection of West Mineral Avenue and Utica Drive.

Littleton Police spokesman Lt. Sean Dugan says the 21-year-old driver was traveling on Utica, and made a right turn onto Mineral before slipping on ice and allegedly hitting two visually impaired women and a man.

They were taken to Littleton Adventist Hospital. The man died at the hospital. Police say the driver was not hurt.

Officials say the victims lived in an apartment complex near the accident scene.

The names of the victims and the driver were not released.

Police are investigating the accident.
