DENVER - An accelerated geography class at East High School got a lesson in advanced anatomy Thursday through a quick glance of the wrong DVD.

The class' teacher was out of town at a conference, according to parents, who were informed of the incident by school administrators Thursday afternoon.

When his substitute and another teacher went looking for the movie the class was scheduled to watch, they found an unmarked DVD in the regular teacher's laptop.

When the DVD was popped into a desk unit's drive, raunchy porn began to play on the computer screen, but not overhead, said parent Kerstin Froyd.

The movie was up only seconds before it was switched off.

The teacher spun around and said, "Oh, my God, did you see that?"

Some saw. After a brief second of shock, laughter and howls erupted from the 23 advanced-placement students, mostly freshmen and sophomores.

The school told Froyd only about 10 students said they actually saw the action.

Denver Public Schools spokeswoman Lourdes Souss said at 3 p.m. that she would investigate the circumstances before making a statement, but she did not return subsequent calls Thursday.
