John Gilliand claims Broncos fans have targeted him after he said "Tebow sucks" while at a gas station.
Gilliand just happened to bash the Broncos quarterback at a station near the University of Florida, Tebow's alma mater.
Gilliand has also brought lawsuits against Jesus Christ and President Obama, saying they have all flashed gang signs at him.
