Hikers still missing on Mount Rainier

MOUNT RAINIER NATIONAL PARK, Wa. - Authorities searched for four missing hikers on Washington state's Mount Rainier Tuesday.

Two people who were winter camping were due back more than a week ago.

Another group of two were expected back from a climb around the same time.

The weather was so bad last week that searchers had to wait until today to begin looking for them.

About 40 people searched on the ground.
