The forum involving representatives of several agencies was scheduled for Tuesday evening in Paulsboro.

It was pushed back because by midday residents were being told to stay inside due to a high level of vinyl chloride in the air.

The gas was released when a freight train derailed Friday and some of the hazardous gas was released into the air.

In recent days, multiple shelter-it-place orders have been announced. That's resulted in closed schools and businesses and delays in cleaning up the accident.
