Daffodil walk for charity
WHITEGATE, UNITED KINGDOM - APRIL 01: A daffodil named Jetfire blooms at Whitegate Daffodil Walk at Foxwist Green Farm on April 1, 2014 in Whitegate, Cheshire, United Kingdom. Retired farmer and daffodil expert Len Tomlinson opens his land in Vale Royal, Cheshire, every year to raise cash for Macmillan Nurses. The meadows and woodlands have over 600 varieties of daffodils and has rasied tens of thousands of pounds. Although retired, Len continues to develop new species, including blooms that are used in research for medical purposes. After a good summer last year and a wet winter the blooms are at their best ever and can be seen until April 13, 2014. (Photo by Christopher Furlong/Getty Images)
