Kit Karbler, the artist, designer and sole proprietor of the studio, has been creating one-of-a-kind glass ornaments for the past 14 years.

The studio's Big Ornament Extravaganza will showcase the ornaments on Dec. 12, 13, 19 and 20.

This year, Karbler plans to donate 10 percent of sales to The Children's Hospital.

To make these unique ornaments, it takes five craftsmen to create 10 per hour.

Karbler and his team of young artisans also produce hand-crafted glass tables, lighting, sculptures, paperweights and perfume bottles.

Blake Street Glass Studio has been a part of the Ball Park Neighborhood in Denver for 30 years. The studio is located at 3433 Blake Street, on the corner of 34th and Blake.
