KUSA - In celebration of the day, Sealed Air Corporation conducted the first-ever Bubble Wrap Brand "Pop" poll stress survey. They discovered just over one minute of popping is equal to a 33-minute massage in terms of stress relief.
Sealed Air Corporation says it conducted the Bubble Wrap "Pop" Poll to gauge the current stress level of Americans.
The surveyors say 77 percent are more stressed or as stressed today than they were one year ago.
