On Thursday around 1 a.m., an 18-year-old man and another man were hit by a vehicle with its headlights off, while they were crossing Edinburgh Street just north of Strachan Drive.

The vehicle is being described as a dark-colored, small-model SUV, with a "Rather Be Fishing"sticker on the right, rear bumper.

Fort Collins Police are asking anyone with information to contact Officer Marty Shaw at 970-221-6555.
