Ideal candidates for this position will possess a keen sense of detail and have excellent communication skills and be comfortable managing large sets of data in Excel.
You must have a Bachelor's Degree (Math, Science, Engineering or Business) plus 1 to 2 years working with statistical data. Candidates must have Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. A background in healthcare, finance and/or consulting and experience working in Access is a huge plus!
Under the general direction of Compliance Management, the Compliance Analyst will work with a team to manage and enhance on-going programs related to acute dialysis, patient discharge, and special projects in the realm of process improvement and auditing, and be involved in conducting research, executing processes, as well as implementing and monitoring project metrics.
