He says another party bus business is using his business' name.

Andrew Berard says he has owned My Denver Party Bus for a month. He says it's the only one he owns and bought it with his girlfriend to bring in extra income to support his daughter.

After he started getting calls, Berard says last night he checked online and saw other websites were using his company's name, My Denver Party Bus.

That website is BestDenverPartyBus.com. It has Berard's company name prominently displayed at the top. The website URL is registered in Scottsdale, Ariz.

9NEWS called the number provided by the CU students Saturday. A man who would only identify himself as 'Dimitri' said several times that he worked for My Denver Party Bus, Andrew's business.

'Dimitri' later told us he owned Denver's Best Party Bus. His phone number is on that website.

The Better Business Bureau has two complaints against that company listed over the last few years but couldn't investigate because they couldn't find the company.

Berard says he bought his bus about a month ago, but My Denver Party Bus has been in business for about a year, and has never had a complaint.

"I've already gotten angry calls from customers that think that I was the one who left their kids stranded," Berard said. "If my daughter got stranded I'd be upset too. But it was not My Denver Party Bus. Unfortunately it may come down to changing everything I purchased, including the name."

It's impossible to tell exactly how long other people have been using Berard's business name.
