It's a family tradition as much for the vendors as for the people who pass through, grazing on all the good eats.
Colorado Corn Company has participated in The Taste of Colorado for 20 years.
Colorado Corn Company's David Francavilla doled out roasted sweet corn dunked in butter.
"There's a lot of people [and] a lot of chances to sell corn," Francavilla said. "On a good day we could be selling 10 ears of corn a minute."
Colorado Corn Company gets its ears of corn from Sakata Farms in Brighton.
The festival goes until 8 p.m. Monday.
