H&M, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Sephora are just a few of the many businesses in town for the Shop.Org conference.

VideoBloom is one of two Denver-based businesses that will be at the conference. VideoBloom will be educating retailers on how to use video to market their online sales. "For clients and retailers we create videos that we put on the Internet. We distribute them via Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and we then we measure results," said Antoine Toffa, the founder and chairman of VideoBloom.

"Those videos need to be entertaining, informative and educational for the consumers. Basically those videos are really powerful and help people make significant progress on their purchasing decisions," said Toffa.

Toffa said in Denver, one out of four jobs is in retail. Toffa said more and more people are making the transition into online retail jobs. Toffa says his company can take companies to the next stage.

"We produce what we call socially smart videos. These are videos that are really meant, right from the beginning, to be distributed on the Internet," Toffa said. "We also produce and develop video technology, like video commerce technology. Video commerce technology allows for viewers to click on any product featured in the video, and go directly to the product and buy it."
