The jury resumed deliberations Tuesday in the trial of Benjamin Gilmore, a day after the jury foreman told a judge that jurors were split. The judge responded by telling them to keep working.

The Coloradoan reports the judge told attorneys Tuesday that jurors are indicating they are exhausted and still deliberating.

Gilmore faces seven felony counts including arson and attempted murder in connection with a fire that destroyed a building under construction and an adjacent residential complex in October.

The fire caused an estimated $10 million in damage.
