9NEWS reported last week about two women who say the dogs attacked them at Horseshoe Park.

Two days later, an animal care officer spotted three dogs that were captured and later identified as the animals involved in the attacks.

One of the dogs fits most of the 50 characteristics of a Pit Bull, making it a restricted breed which cannot be legally kept in Aurora.

The others are American Bull Dogs, which are legal in the city.

The dogs' owner must face a judge on a long list of charges, including keeping a vicious, agressive, or dangerous animal.
