Winter Yates, 34, has been booked into Denver's jail on at least seven different criminal warrants.

Booking records show 10 cases attached to her name, including a parole violation through the Colorado Department of Corrections. 

It's unclear when and how Yates was arrested, but 9Wants to Know confirmed Yates was caught after someone saw a report about her on 9NEWS that aired Aug. 11. In that report, 9Wants to Know revealed Yates escaped custody at least three times. 

According to Denver Police, Yates is known for entering downtown buildings while wearing business attire and then making off with purses from unassuming office workers. 

"This woman was very fast, very sneaky," a woman named Whitney, who works downtown and had her purse stolen last year, said.

Whitney didn't realize her purse was stolen until an officer brought it back to her office after arresting Yates.

"I felt really violated," Whitney said.

Yates has declined an interview request.
