Gary Johnson is the libertarian candidate.
A public policy poll has him getting seven percent of the vote in both Colorado and New Mexico.
Johnson is on the ballot in 47 states.
He is still pushing to be included among the presidential candidates in Oklahoma and two swing states - Michigan and Pennsylvania.
