The homeowner was going to bed when he heard someone saying "hello" in his living room. After speaking with the trespassing suspect, the man left the home without an incident.

Larimer County Sheriff's Office says the intruder then went to a neighbor's house and claimed the same God-sent message. When that neighbor said he did not have a daughter, the trespassing suspect left the premises.

Both the incidents happened on Spring Glade Road northwest of Loveland.

The man is described as white, 25 to 30 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. Witnesses claim he was driving a new, silver Honda or Toyota.

Anyone with information regarding this crime is asked to call Sergeant John Feyen at the Larimer County Sheriff's Office at 970-498-5178 or Crime Stoppers at 970-221-6868 where you will remain anonymous and possibly be eligible for a cash reward.

LCSO investigators are using these incidents as a reminder to residents to lock their doors to prevent intruders from walking into their homes.
