Toya Speckman is the senior human-resources manager at Ball Aerospace and a member of Governor John Hickenlooper's Workforce Development Council. She says Ball Aerospace has 200 open positions in Colorado and is looking to hire engineers, IT and finance professionals, as well as machinists and technicians to support its manufacturing test operations.

In addition, Speckman says there are Workforce Development Centers all across the state providing free resources to both businesses and employees.
