Citizen Center filed the lawsuit to stop Boulder County from printing ballots with distinguishing numbers and bar codes. Eagle and Chaffee counties have similar procedures. The group was concerned a ballot could be tracked to an individual voter, revealing how the person voted.

Citizen Center President Marilyn Marks says she'll consult with attorneys on whether to appeal in federal court or pursue the case in state courts.
