There are many consignment sales going on this time of year to help with all those clothes, toys and gear growing kids need.

The Christ Lutheran Church Mothers of Preschoolers "New To You" children's consignment sale will have items from more than 150 consignors including fall/winter clothing and shoes up to size 12, costumes, maternity wear, toys, games, videos, books, baby equipment, furniture and much more.

New and expectant moms are invited to shop pre-sale hours, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.

The sale is open to the public Friday, Sept. 28 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturday, Sept. 29 from 8 a.m. to noon. Some items will be marked half-price on Saturday.

Admission to the sale is $1 and benefits Lutheran Family Services. It will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 8997 S. Broadway in Highlands Ranch.
