The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office says they got a call of a possible suicide at South Tempe and East Penwood Avenue.
The teenage boy fell 50 feet. It happened in the area close to Eagle Crest High School.
The Sheriff's Office says they believe it was a suicide attempt because the boy had made threats before.
On Saturday morning, the boy remained in critical condition.
