Clear Creek County Sherriff's Deputies say Shelby Figueroa was handcuffed after she rear ended one of their patrol cars during a traffic stop Sep. 23.
While deputies worked the scene, the suspect allegedly slipped out of her handcuffs and drove off in a patrol car.
Deputies say Figueroa led them on a high speed chase on I-70, with speeds reaching 100 mph. She was later forced from the road and crashed near Frisco.
Tuesday, Figueroa looked mostly healed and walked with a limp as she arrived for court in Clear Creek County.
It was the first meeting with her attorney who asked for some time to review the case. A second hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 6.
