It happened near 16645 West 2nd Avenue in Golden.
The suspect is described as a white male in his twenties, around 5'7" or 5'8" with short brown hair, stubble on his face and a slender build.
According to the sheriff's office, he was wearing a red cap and red jersey.
He was driving a four-door dark blue sedan with a spoiler. The car may have had five spoke rims.
