VeloSwap Denver is one of the oldest and largest consumer cycling events in Colorado. It's a one day event where you can buy, sell and swap new and used cycling equipment.
More than 12,000 people are expected to show up Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 to buy, swap and even recycle.
Event organizer Reese Brown appeared on 9NEWS Wednesday morning. He brought along examples of bikes and gadgets that will be previewed at the event.
"It offers a huge opportunity for local businesses to reach a focused audience of cycling enthusiasts. There will be over 400 vendors with all types of things. And this is one of those events where you can haggle with the vendors," Brown said.
Brown also says there is an area where you can bring your old bike tubes to recycle.
VeloSwap Denver is Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the National Western Complex.
