Taylor holds 21 world records in eight countries; including Italy, Spain, Germany, Japan and the U.S.
He stopped by 9NEWS to talk about his passion for jumping, as well as his most recent jump where he splashed into a pool of tomato sauce.
"This was my first non-water dive, and boy it really burned," Taylor said. "The velocity of the dive when I came {into the tomato sauce}, it wasn't like the water. The viscosity of the tomato sauce was really hard. I took a real big shot on that."
Taylor also talked about how he got into water diving.
"It started out as a hobby and now it's a dangerous hobby, so it keeps on going," Taylor said.
