McGrath has worn many hats in the field of entertainment for more than 20 years. "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted" marks the fourth film he has directed for DreamWorks Animation. McGrath has directed all three films in the blockbuster "Madagascar" franchise, as well as the hit film "Megamind." In addition, he voices the character of Skipper in the wildly popular television series "The Penguins of Madagascar" and has done additional voice work in films including "Puss in Boots," "Shrek the Third" and "Flushed Away."

McGrath's experience in both television and feature animation includes work as an animator on Ralph Bakshi's film "Cool World" (starring Brad Pitt), storyboard artist and director for the popular series "The Ren and Stimpy Show", animator on the Joe Pytka-directed "Space Jam" (starring Michael Jordan), storyboard artist on the live-action film "Cats & Dogs" and worked as storyboard artist and concept artist/prop and set designer for "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" (directed by Ron Howard).

All of your favorite zoosters are back in "Madagascar: Europe's Most Wanted" as Marty, Alex, Gloria and Melman make their way back home to New York City by joining a traveling circus to blend in as they cross Europe.
