Each year their chefs take a look at the food trends for the next year. Here are some of the big ones for 2013:
- Sour will get its day
- Asian will be infiltrating comfort food
- Europe will have a big influence on foods we buy next year such as BR Cohn Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fruit will not mean sweet. Chefs will be far less interested in highlighting the sugary tastes of melons and the like - natural is where it's at
