U.S. District Judge William Martinez says he will not "second guess" officers' decisions during their search for an armed and dangerous suspect June 2. In an order issued Tuesday, Martinez wrote that the stop was reasonable and did not violate the Constitution.

Stacks of money stolen from a nearby bank contained a GPS tracking device. Police tracked the GPS device to an intersection but couldn't immediately pinpoint its location among the vehicles.

Twenty-nine people were ordered out of their cars during a nearly two hour stop. Police found a suspect in one of the vehicles.
