By Election Day, politicians will have spent roughly $35 million in advertising in the Denver TV market since Sept. 26, according to those statistics.
With so many politicians demanding air time, 9news Reporter Matt Flener found what they're saying isn't quite as original as they might have you believe.
The themes of Medicare, Obamacare, job creation, voting records, and jobs going to China are all making their way into not only the presidential race, but congressional races as well.
"The themes are national," 9News Political Analyst Floyd Ciruli said. "There are no unique themes."
