Denver South beat Thomas Jefferson at the last second Friday night in a DPL game at South High School.

Courtney Kindell's driving lay up rattled home as time expired to give the Rebels a 44-42 win over the Spartans. South improves to (7-10, 3-1) and will play Kennedy on the 5th.

The Spartans fall to (6-10, 2-2) and will next play Montbello on the 5th.
