Fewer available homes in Denver than the last 2 decades

DENVER - A report recently released shows the number of homes available in metro Denver is at its lowest level for a January in 23 years.

Metrolist reports this shows the seller's market continues to grow.

"The average price of a home in metro Denver is about $255,000," said real estate agent Marcy Eastman.
