LOVELAND - Loveland police confirm a 15-year-old boy who went missing just after 5 p.m. Monday has been found safe.
William James Patterson is developmentally disabled. He was seen Monday on foot in the 1000 block of Railroad Avenue in Loveland.
He was wearing a black jacket and shiny gray sweat pants.
Patterson has severe autism and is non-verbal.
