COLORADO SPRINGS - Colorado Springs NBC station KOAA is reporting as many as 70 to 100 cars are stuck in the Austin Bluffs and Old Farm/Barnes area because of the conditions.
KOAA reports that Colorado Springs Police are on scene assisting the stranded motorists.
