ARAPAHOE COUNTY - The 20-year-old driver who hit and killed an Englewood Police officer while driving drunk, is expected to plead guilty Friday.
Conner Donohue was charged with vehicular assault, homicide, leaving the scene of the accident involving serious bodily injury, as well as several other charges.
Friday morning, he may potentially plead to four felony counts, including vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, leaving the scene of the accident resulting in death, and DUI.
On May 28, 2012, police say officer Jeremy Bitner was working a traffic stop at the intersection of South Broadway Street and East Belleview Avenue when Donohue hit Bitner and a driver who was originally pulled over.
The sentencing will be held at a later date.
