DENVER - The former CIA contractor accused in a fight over parking spot in Colorado is expected to plead guilty Friday.
An attorney for Raymond Davis said he will plead guitly to a reduced charge of assault in the third-degree. Davis is scheduled to appear in court 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Davis is accused of beating a 51-year-old man who pulled into a parking space that Davis apparently wanted at a bagel shop in Oct. of 2011.
Davis was held in Pakistan after a fatal shootout in 2011. The U.S. government paid over $2 million to the families of two men killed to win his release.
