KUSA - Arguments about school funding in Colorado are on the agenda for the Colorado Supreme court this week.
On Thursday attorneys representing dozens of school districts and parents will face off with attorneys for the state over the issue.
The parents and school districts sued the state, saying its funding mechanism is unfair to low-income students.
The state insists it has met its obligation.
It will be months before the Supreme Court issues a ruling, but it could have major implications on the state budget.
