HYANNIS PORT, Mass. - Taylor Swift fell so in love with Conor Kennedy and his Camelot legacy that she bought a home in Hyannis Port, Mass., right across the street from Conor's grandma, Ethel Kennedy .
That was the buzz last August.
And real estate agent Bob Kinlin tells E! News that he did in fact sell the house to Swift in the name of Ocean Drive LLC, registered to a Nashville manager, Jesse P. Schaudies Jr., of Swift's 13 Management company.
Now, according to local court records, the star has sold the home, making nearly $1 million in the house-flip deal. In September, Kennedy and Swift had split.
Ocean Drive LLC, which purchased the seven-bedroom waterfront home at 27 Marchant Ave. in November for $4.8 million, has sold the property for $5.67 million, according to a deed filed Feb. 6 at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, reports CapeCodOnline.com. Profit: $870,000.
